We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our strategic initiatives and define our technology roadmap leading up to the year 2026. Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap and strategic vision.
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.
- Oversee R&D initiatives to identify emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, etc.) relevant to 2026.
- Build, mentor, and retain a world-class engineering and technology team.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Establish robust security protocols and compliance standards across all platforms.
- Manage the technology budget and negotiate with vendors and partners.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (CTO/VP Engineering).
- Proven track record of defining and executing long-term technology roadmaps.
- Deep expertise in cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices, and distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and data-driven decision-making frameworks.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on team culture, mentorship, and talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
