Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable deep learning models for real-time data processing and predictive analytics.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and engineers to deliver critical milestones for Project 2026.
- Optimize model inference speed and reduce latency to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, data governance, and model versioning.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in NLP and Computer Vision to integrate cutting-edge techniques.
- Collaborate with product leadership to define the roadmap for AI-driven features.
Qualifications
- M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI systems with 99.9% uptime.
- Expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and large language model fine-tuning (LoRA, PEFT).
- Strong experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to mentor junior engineers.
