Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement scalable, secure AI architectures capable of handling quantum computing environments and massive data streams.
- Lead Quantum Integration: Oversee the integration of quantum algorithms into existing machine learning pipelines to enhance processing speed and problem-solving capabilities.
- Technical Vision: Define the technical roadmap for AI development, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives and emerging 2026 technologies.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a high-performing team of data scientists, engineers, and quantum researchers.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve by researching and prototyping next-gen AI models, including Generative AI and Neural Interfaces.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into user-centric solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, and system architecture.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP), and Quantum Computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation and efficiency.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to diverse audiences.
