Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term AI and machine learning strategy for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing business workflows and product lines.
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies, including generative AI, predictive analytics, and quantum computing.
- Partner with executive leadership to communicate complex technical concepts and strategic value to non-technical stakeholders.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of AI initiatives and optimize model performance.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership or senior architecture role.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale AI projects from conception to deployment.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, and neural network architectures.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive decision-making.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical strategies to diverse audiences.
