Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market trends and business objectives
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Partner with product teams to translate strategic insights into actionable development plans
- Build and manage relationships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Monitor emerging technologies through competitive analysis and patent research
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and cross-functional workshops
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record in developing 5+ year technology roadmaps

- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies and scenario planning
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
