Responsibilities
- Develop and execute AI strategy for 2026+ roadmap, aligning with emerging quantum computing paradigms
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI systems with real-world applications
- Establish ethical AI governance frameworks ensuring responsible deployment of advanced technologies
- Drive industry partnerships with quantum computing pioneers and research institutions
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board members securing multi-million dollar R&D budgets
- Mentor AI researchers and engineers in cutting-edge methodologies including neuromorphic computing
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in executive strategy roles
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field (or equivalent breakthrough innovations)
- Proven track record of launching AI products with >$100M impact
- Deep expertise in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic architectures
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Experience with global regulatory frameworks for advanced AI systems
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to stakeholders
