- Establish KPIs for AI system performance and ethical compliance
- Secure $10M+ in strategic partnerships for AI ecosystem expansion
- Mentor AI talent in emerging technologies and responsible innovation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in strategic leadership
- Expertise in generative AI, quantum computing, or human-AI interaction
- Proven track record of scaling AI products to $100M+ ARR
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, AI, or related field
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Deep understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and regulatory frameworks
- Experience with venture capital funding and strategic partnerships
