Responsibilities
- Architect and execute AI strategy roadmap targeting 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing generative AI applications for enterprise clients
- Establish ethical AI governance frameworks ensuring responsible deployment of autonomous systems
- Drive partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for cutting-edge AI breakthroughs
- Present AI vision and progress to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Mentor AI talent and cultivate a culture of continuous innovation
- Monitor quantum computing developments and prepare hybrid AI-quantum transition strategies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML leadership with 5+ years in C-suite or director-level roles
- Proven track record deploying generative AI solutions at scale
- Deep expertise in autonomous systems and human-AI interaction paradigms
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Experience with quantum computing principles and hybrid AI architectures
- Certification in AI ethics and responsible AI frameworks
- Exceptional strategic thinking and executive communication skills
