- Lead a 15-person multidisciplinary team of AI researchers, engineers, and ethicists
- Drive innovation in generative AI applications for enterprise clients
- Establish governance protocols for ethical AI deployment and bias mitigation
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Present AI vision to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in executive strategy roles
- Proven track record scaling AI initiatives to $100M+ ARR
- PhD in Computer Science, Ethics, or related field preferred
- Published research in top-tier AI ethics journals
- Expertise in federated learning and quantum AI applications
- Strong understanding of EU AI Act and NIST AI frameworks
- Certified AI Ethics Professional (CAEP) required
