Responsibilities

- Lead $50M+ R&D initiatives in generative AI and autonomous decision systems
- Establish ethical AI governance frameworks for global deployment
- Drive partnerships with quantum computing and neurotech pioneers
- Mentor AI ethics councils across 12 international offices
- Translate complex AI concepts into board-level strategic recommendations
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in executive strategy roles
- Proven track record scaling AI initiatives to $100M+ ARR
- Deep expertise in quantum machine learning and neural architecture
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or AGI
- Experience navigating EU AI Act and emerging global regulations
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
