Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with future industry standards.
- Architect Advanced AI Solutions: Design and oversee the implementation of large-scale machine learning models, specifically focusing on Generative AI and LLMs optimized for 2026 workloads.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for responsible AI, ensuring bias mitigation and transparency in all algorithmic decision-making processes.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- R&D Innovation: Identify emerging technologies and trends (e.g., neuromorphic computing, edge AI) and evaluate their potential for integration into our core ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Advanced Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Extensive Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering or AI research, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks. Experience with transformer architectures and large language models is mandatory.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining long-term technical strategies and driving innovation from concept to deployment.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to diverse stakeholders, including non-technical executives.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative solutions.
