Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum-AI convergence systems
- Lead prototyping of brain-computer interfaces with <0.1ms latency
- Secure patents for at least 3 breakthrough technologies annually
- Present at Davos, TED, and IEEE conferences as company futurist
- Mentor PhD fellows in emerging tech ethics and governance
- Drive partnerships with NASA, CERN, and MIT Media Lab
- Author annual 'State of 2026' trend report for Fortune 500 executives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Computational Neuroscience, or equivalent
- 10+ years in R&D leadership at FAANG or equivalent
- Published 20+ peer-reviewed papers in Nature/Science
- Proven track record of shipping hardware/software at scale
- Expertise in ISO 42001 AI governance frameworks
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum assembly languages
- Secured $50M+ in innovation grants or venture funding
- Deep knowledge of EU AI Act and US regulatory landscapes
