- Lead human-AI interface innovation projects using AR/VR and neural interfaces
- Partner with C-suite executives to align AI strategy with long-term business objectives
- Drive R&D initiatives in generative AI and autonomous decision systems
- Mentor cross-functional teams in emerging AI paradigms and implementation best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum computing fundamentals and post-quantum cryptography
- Proven track record designing enterprise-scale AI systems with >10M user impact
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and global regulatory landscapes
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Proficiency in deploying LLMs in production environments with ethical safeguards
- Experience leading AI transformation projects in Fortune 500 companies
- Strong background in human-computer interaction and cognitive psychology
