Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement scalable deep learning models and robotic control algorithms for autonomous navigation and decision-making.
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define technical milestones and deliverables to ensure our AI systems meet the rigorous standards of the next decade.
- Optimize Neural Networks: Fine-tune model architectures for real-time performance, low latency, and high energy efficiency.
- Collaborate Across Disciplines: Work closely with hardware engineers and product managers to integrate AI software into physical robotic platforms.
- Ensure Ethical AI: Develop and implement safeguards to ensure AI behavior aligns with safety and ethical guidelines.
- Mentor Junior Talent: Guide a team of junior developers and interns, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. (PhD preferred for senior roles).
- Core Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or ROS (Robot Operating System).
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or robotics development.
- Technical Depth: Strong understanding of linear algebra, calculus, and statistical modeling.
- Hardware Knowledge: Experience with embedded systems, sensor fusion (Lidar, Radar, Camera), and hardware-software integration.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to debug complex systems and troubleshoot hardware-software integration issues.
