Responsibilities

- Develop and implement novel machine learning algorithms for quantum computing integration
- Author breakthrough research papers for top-tier publications (NeurIPS, ICML, Nature)
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize AI-quantum co-processing systems
- Secure $2M+ in annual research grants through NSF and DARPA proposals
- Mentor PhD researchers and publish 4+ high-impact papers annually
- Translate theoretical models into scalable prototypes with 99.9% reliability
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 5+ years of research experience
- Published 10+ peer-reviewed papers in top-tier AI/quantum journals
- Expertise in TensorFlow Quantum, Cirq, or quantum machine learning frameworks
- Proven track record of securing $1M+ in government research grants
- Deep understanding of neural-symbolic AI architectures
- Proficiency in Python, Rust, and low-level quantum assembly languages
- Experience with fault-tolerant quantum computing systems
- Strong background in ethical AI development and bias mitigation
