Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and researchers to prototype next-gen solutions
- Analyze emerging market trends and geopolitical factors influencing technological disruption
- Present findings to C-suite executives and external stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies for collaborative R&D
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate innovation culture through workshops and hackathons
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, technology forecasting, or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of launching products with 5+ year impact horizons
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong network within tech policy, venture capital, and academic research communities
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
