Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum-resistant blockchain systems for 2026 digital infrastructure
- Design ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous decision-making platforms
- Lead development of sustainable tech protocols for IoT ecosystems
- Coordinate with quantum computing teams to optimize hybrid classical-quantum algorithms
- Establish security protocols for next-gen biometric authentication systems
- Present strategic tech roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior engineers in emerging technologies certification programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in systems architecture with quantum computing or AI specialization
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum applications
- Certified in quantum cryptography and post-quantum security frameworks
- Experience leading teams of 15+ engineers in agile environments
- Expertise in ethical AI development and bias mitigation techniques
- Proficiency in Python, Qiskit, and distributed ledger technologies
- Track record of launching systems processing >10M transactions/second
