Responsibilities
- Lead autonomous R&D projects in generative AI and quantum computing
- Architect ethical frameworks for AGI deployment by 2026
- Publish 3+ top-tier papers/year at NeurIPS/ICML/AAAI
- Partner with government agencies on AI policy development
- Mentor PhD candidates in our 2026 Fellowship Program
- Drive cross-disciplinary innovation with bio/neuro labs
Qualifications
- PhD in CS/ML/AI from Tier-1 institution (or equivalent impact)
- 5+ years in production-level deep learning systems
- Expertise in transformers, diffusion models, or reinforcement learning
- Published at least 2 NeurIPS/ICML papers in last 3 years
- Fluency in Python/C++ with cloud-scale deployment experience
- Proven ability to translate research into commercial applications
- Security clearance for DoD collaboration (or willingness to obtain)
