Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum-enhanced neural networks for 2026-scale data processing
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams to develop ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Pioneer breakthrough algorithms in neuromorphic computing and energy-efficient AI
- Collaborate with government agencies on next-generation cybersecurity AI protocols
- Translate theoretical research into production-ready systems for Fortune 100 partners
- Author peer-reviewed publications for top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Mentor junior researchers in cutting-edge AI methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Computing, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks (Qiskit, PennyLane) and PyTorch/TensorFlow
- Proven track record of deploying production AI systems at enterprise scale
- Deep understanding of ethical AI principles and bias mitigation techniques
- Experience with neuromorphic computing hardware (Intel Loihi, IBM TrueNorth)
- Strong background in complex system architecture and distributed computing
