Responsibilities
- Lead research initiatives in advanced AI systems including generative models, multi-agent reinforcement learning, and quantum-ML hybrids
- Develop and prototype novel algorithms for real-time AI deployment in edge computing environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research into production-ready AI solutions
- Author high-impact publications for top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR)
- Mentor junior researchers and foster innovation through regular hackathons and workshops
- Ensure ethical AI development through bias mitigation and transparency frameworks
- Secure research grants and partnerships with leading academic institutions
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 3+ years of industry research experience
- Proven expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and distributed computing
- Published research in top AI conferences with demonstrated impact on real-world applications
- Strong background in at least two of: NLP, computer vision, robotics, or neuro-symbolic AI
- Experience with MLOps pipelines and deploying AI models at scale (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to abstract complex technical challenges
- Portfolio showcasing open-source contributions or patented AI innovations
