Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, identifying disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Lead cross-functional strategy sessions with engineering, product, and business development teams
- Establish partnerships with emerging tech startups, research institutions, and think tanks
- Quantify future opportunities through scenario modeling and predictive analytics
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Oversee pilot programs for breakthrough technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Exceptional data storytelling and predictive modeling skills
- Experience with horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS in Technology, or equivalent)
