Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize novel deep learning architectures to solve complex, unstructured problems.
- Lead end-to-end research initiatives, from hypothesis generation to experimental validation and production deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced AI models into scalable software products.
- Publish high-impact research papers and contribute to the open-source community.

Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or AI research.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
- Deep understanding of statistical methods, optimization techniques, and large-scale distributed systems.
- Proven track record of publishing research in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL, etc.) or open-source contributions.
