Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge machine learning models tailored for the 2026 ecosystem.
- Conduct rigorous research on emerging AI architectures, optimization techniques, and large language models.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and data scientists to translate research findings into scalable, production-ready products.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical vision of the research division.
- Analyze large, unstructured datasets to identify trends and improve model accuracy and efficiency.
- Stay abreast of the latest academic papers and industry trends to ensure our technology remains ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning research and software engineering.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Proven track record of publishing research papers or delivering high-impact, open-source projects.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
