Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Design: Design scalable, fault-tolerant systems for Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and hybrid quantum-classical computing architectures.
- Technical Roadmap: Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 product roadmap, identifying emerging technologies and integration points.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- System Integration: Oversee the integration of quantum computing capabilities into existing classical infrastructure using frameworks like Qiskit or Cirq.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize AI models for speed and efficiency, ensuring low-latency processing in distributed environments.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive stakeholders and non-technical clients.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or distributed systems architecture.
- Programming: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and Rust; familiarity with functional programming paradigms.
- Quantum Knowledge: Demonstrated experience or strong understanding of quantum computing principles and quantum algorithms.
- Cloud Mastery: Extensive experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, unstructured problems with innovative solutions.
