Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable AI models integrated with quantum processing units (QPUs).
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and quantum physicists.
- Research and prototype novel algorithms for post-silicon computing architectures.
- Define technical roadmaps for AI infrastructure evolution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex scientific concepts into product features.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and machine learning engineering.
- Deep understanding of quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) and classical ML stacks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technical teams.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
