In this role, you will define how artificial agents interact with the digital economy, ensuring our solutions remain at the cutting edge of Agentic AI and Large Language Model (LLM) integration.
As we approach the pivotal year of 2026, we need a leader who understands not just the technology, but the ethical implications and user-centric design required to scale AI safely and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision for Nexus Horizon's AI suite, specifically focusing on autonomous agent workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and researchers to build scalable AI infrastructure.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends in Generative AI and LLMs by 2026.
- Manage the product lifecycle from ideation and prototyping to full-scale launch and post-launch analytics.
- Drive the adoption of ethical AI practices and ensure compliance with evolving regulations.
- Present roadmaps and progress to stakeholders and investors with clarity and precision.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years specifically in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
- Proven track record of launching successful B2B or B2C software products involving complex algorithms.
- Deep understanding of LLM architecture, prompt engineering, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable product features.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience leading diverse teams and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
