Responsibilities

- Optimize models for quantum computing environments achieving 100x performance gains

Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow with production deployment of large-scale models
- Proven track record of publishing at NeurIPS/ICML or equivalent tier conferences
- Strong background in MLOps tools (Kubernetes, Kubeflow, MLflow)
- Familiarity with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) or willingness to learn
- Experience with federated learning and differential privacy techniques
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects with cross-functional teams in agile environments
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ deployed AI systems serving >1M users
