Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's 2026 AI strategic vision aligning with emerging technological trends
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives in quantum AI, generative adversarial networks, and neuromorphic computing
- Identify and evaluate breakthrough technologies with potential to disrupt existing markets by 2026
- Collaborate with product teams to translate research into commercial applications
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Mentor junior researchers and foster a culture of innovation and ethical AI development
- Represent the company at global tech forums and industry conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years of research experience
- Published work in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR)
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neural interfaces, or AGI safety
- Proven track record of translating theoretical research into commercial applications
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation principles
- Exceptional strategic thinking and business acumen with ability to communicate complex concepts
