- Develop and implement 2026 AI innovation roadmaps aligned with market trends and client needs
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Design ethical AI governance frameworks ensuring responsible deployment of advanced systems
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen AI solutions with 3-5 year commercialization horizons
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members via executive briefings
- Build and mentor an innovation lab team of futurists, data scientists, and domain experts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML strategy, product innovation, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing technology roadmaps with 5+ year horizons
- Deep expertise in AI ethics, regulatory compliance, and responsible AI frameworks
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in AI futurism or emerging tech trends
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, Futures Studies, or related field
