Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Physics (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in AI/ML leadership with 3+ years in strategic futurism
- Published research in top-tier AI journals (NeurIPS, ICML, Nature AI)
- Expertise in transformer architectures, quantum algorithms, and AGI safety
- Proven track record of securing $5M+ in AI research funding
- Deep understanding of global AI policy frameworks (EU AI Act, US NIST)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing platforms (IBM Q, Rigetti)
