Responsibilities

- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Own the strategic vision for the next 3 years, identifying key AI-driven opportunities for growth and scalability.
- R&D Oversight: Direct research initiatives and manage partnerships with emerging tech firms to stay ahead of the curve.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of high-tech initiatives.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize market intelligence and user data to validate product hypotheses and pivot strategies effectively.
- Thought Leadership: Represent the company at industry conferences and internal town halls as a subject matter expert on future tech trends.
- Process Innovation: Implement agile methodologies and modern tech stacks to optimize workflow and output quality.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Product Management or Strategic Planning, preferably within the AI or SaaS sector.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of AI/ML lifecycles, LLMs, and neural networks.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical Skills: Expertise in data analysis tools (SQL, Tableau, PowerBI) and A/B testing methodologies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex tech to non-technical stakeholders.
