What You Will Do:
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the entire software development lifecycle. You will work closely with product managers and designers to build robust, scalable web applications that solve real-world problems.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality web applications using modern frameworks such as React and Node.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features with a focus on user experience.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and establish coding best practices.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote-first team environment.
