As a 2026 Visionary, you will be responsible for identifying technological trends, assessing their potential, and integrating them into our strategic planning. You will work at the intersection of research, product development, and executive leadership.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and lead the execution of the 2026 technology roadmap, focusing on AI integration, automation, and sustainable tech solutions.
- R&D Leadership: Lead internal research initiatives into cutting-edge technologies such as Multimodal AI and Edge Computing, evaluating feasibility and ROI.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with C-Suite executives and product teams to translate complex technical trends into clear business strategies and KPIs.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for responsible AI usage, ensuring compliance with evolving global regulations and ethical standards.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor global tech ecosystems to identify disruptive innovations that could impact our competitive landscape.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technical consulting, with a specific focus on AI and Machine Learning.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Neural Networks, NLP, and the LLM ecosystem; ability to evaluate new tech stacks rapidly.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale strategic initiatives.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a compelling way.
