Responsibilities

- Architecture Design: Design robust, scalable, and secure AI architectures that can handle high-volume data processing and complex predictive modeling.
- Research & Development: Spearhead research into emerging AI technologies, including Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and autonomous systems, ensuring our technology stays ahead of the curve.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Ethical AI Oversight: Establish and enforce guidelines for responsible AI development, ensuring fairness, transparency, and accountability in all AI deployments.
- Talent Development: Mentor junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the engineering department.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a strategic or leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, and neural network architectures.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, C++, or Rust, with experience using frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate technical capabilities into business value and identify high-impact opportunities for AI integration.
