Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement scalable microservices architectures capable of handling exponential data growth by 2026.
- Lead AI Integration: Spearhead the integration of generative AI and predictive analytics into core business workflows.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop long-term technical roadmaps aligned with emerging industry trends and client needs.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Security & Compliance: Oversee data governance and security protocols to ensure robust protection against emerging cyber threats.
- R&D Leadership: Lead proof-of-concept projects to validate new technologies before full-scale deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural capacity.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Cloud Architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
- Future-Readiness: Demonstrated passion for emerging technologies and a forward-thinking mindset.
