Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning enterprise goals with emerging tech trends like Generative AI and Quantum Readiness.
- Lead the architectural strategy for integrating next-generation AI models into legacy systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Executive leadership to prioritize high-impact initiatives.
- Conduct feasibility studies and proof-of-concepts for disruptive technologies.
- Establish governance frameworks for data integrity and AI ethics.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering or technology strategy with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation projects.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
