Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for 2026 product roadmap
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments on machine learning models
- Develop transparency protocols for explainable AI systems
- Lead cross-functional ethics working groups including engineers, legal, and product teams
- Create compliance strategies for emerging AI regulations (e.g., EU AI Act)
- Represent company at ethics conferences and publish thought leadership
- Monitor societal impact of AI deployments and recommend mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Philosophy, Ethics, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, responsible AI, or ethics compliance
- Deep understanding of ML fairness metrics and bias mitigation techniques
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethics concepts
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IBM AI Ethics, Google Responsible AI)
- Published work on AI ethics or technology ethics
