Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of next-generation Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) architectures.
- Define the technical roadmap for integrating Quantum Neural Networks into classical AI workflows.
- Publish high-impact research papers in leading venues (NeurIPS, ICML, ICRA) and present at global conferences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware engineers and data scientists to prototype scalable solutions.
- Mentor and guide a team of top-tier researchers and PhD candidates.
- Translate theoretical research into production-ready algorithms and models.
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning research or a related role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Strong background in Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
- Proven track record of leading major research initiatives from conception to publication.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-uncertainty environment.
