- Advise product teams on ethical AI implementation strategies

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI governance, policy development, or ethics consulting
- Deep expertise in fairness, accountability, and transparency (FAT) principles
- Proven track record in implementing ethical AI frameworks in production
- Familiarity with evolving AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating ethical AI implementation case studies
