Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience in AI governance or responsible tech initiatives
- Deep understanding of global AI ethics frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Proficiency in bias detection tools (AIF360, Fairlearn)
- Experience with regulatory compliance in tech sectors
- Strong stakeholder communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Published work in AI ethics or responsible technology
