Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics research or governance

- Strong programming skills in Python/R for ethical auditing
- Experience with large-scale ML model deployment
- Proven ability to translate complex ethics concepts to technical teams
- Background in cross-cultural ethical analysis
