Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for emerging sectors including quantum computing and neural interfaces
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives with $50M+ annual budgets
- Advise C-suite on AI governance and ethical AI deployment strategies
- Establish industry partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and global tech consortiums
- Present future-tech forecasts to Fortune 500 boards and government committees
- Oversee patent portfolios for breakthrough innovations
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Systems Engineering
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ at executive level
- Published research in Nature/Science on future-tech topics
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum initiatives to production
- Security clearance (Top Secret) preferred
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
