Responsibilities

- Monitor global AI policy trends and translate insights into actionable guidelines
- Lead cross-functional workshops on responsible AI deployment
- Contribute to industry standards through thought leadership and publications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Policy, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, governance, or responsible tech development
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST, etc.)
- Experience with stakeholder engagement across diverse communities
- Strong analytical skills for complex ethical dilemma resolution
- Published work in AI ethics or technology policy preferred
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE, ACM) a plus
