- Drive transparency initiatives through explainable AI frameworks
- Advocate for ethical AI principles in product design and engineering processes
- Stay ahead of emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and autonomous systems
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance or responsible tech roles
- Deep expertise in global AI ethics frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST, etc.)
- Experience with bias detection tools and fairness metrics
- Exceptional communication skills for complex ethical discussions
- Published work on AI ethics or similar thought leadership
- Familiarity with ML development lifecycle and technical constraints
- Certification in AI ethics or data governance preferred
