Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks for 2026 product roadmap, including bias mitigation protocols and transparency standards
- Lead cross-functional ethics reviews for high-impact AI systems (autonomous vehicles, generative AI, healthcare AI)
- Partner with policy teams to shape regulatory responses to emerging AI challenges
- Conduct scenario planning for 2026 AI disruption vectors (e.g., deepfakes, algorithmic warfare)
- Establish stakeholder engagement protocols for community impact assessments
- Drive internal ethics training programs for engineering and product teams
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years in AI governance
- Published research on algorithmic bias, explainable AI, or AI safety protocols
- Experience with NIST AI Risk Management Framework and EU AI Act compliance
- Proven ability to translate ethical principles into technical requirements
