We are seeking a visionary Lead AI Architect to design and implement the core infrastructure that will define our product roadmap for the coming decade. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our AI platforms, from research and prototyping to deployment and scaling in production environments.
Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of scalable machine learning pipelines and deep learning frameworks.
- Drive research initiatives in Generative AI, NLP, and Predictive Analytics to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Define technical roadmaps and architectural standards for the engineering team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and high performance under heavy load.
- Optimize models for inference speed and reduce computational costs.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with 5+ years in AI/ML architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Rust.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Proven experience leading engineering teams and mentoring junior developers.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation.
