Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust machine learning pipelines and algorithms for complex real-world problems.
- Lead the research and development of cutting-edge AI models, including NLP and Computer Vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices in AI engineering.
- Optimize model performance for latency and throughput in production environments.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in deep learning and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, with extensive experience using libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization technologies.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models to production.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
