This hybrid role offers the opportunity to influence AI policy, conduct bias audits, and develop governance frameworks for our 2026 product roadmap. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed ethical considerations into every stage of the AI lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics frameworks for 2026 autonomous systems
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across ML pipelines
- Develop governance policies for emerging AI technologies
- Partner with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards
- Monitor global AI regulatory developments and ensure compliance
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI adoption
- Document ethical risk assessments and mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years in AI governance or ethics compliance
- Expertise in ML fairness frameworks (e.g., AIF360, Fairlearn)
- Experience with regulatory standards (GDPR, EU AI Act)
- Strong background in policy development for emerging tech
- Certification in AI ethics or data governance preferred
- Excellent stakeholder communication and presentation skills
