Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the 2026 Strategic Roadmap, aligning long-term product goals with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Quantum Computing) into the product lifecycle.
- Conduct deep-dive market research to identify emerging trends and competitive gaps for the future landscape.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Design to prioritize features that deliver maximum value in the 2026 timeframe.
- Present complex strategic concepts to stakeholders with clarity and persuasive power.
- Monitor industry evolution to pivot the roadmap as necessary, ensuring agility in a rapidly changing environment.
- Establish success metrics for the 2026 rollout and measure progress against the strategic vision.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Strategy, or Technical Architecture.
- Proven track record of leading Strategic Roadmap Planning for complex, large-scale software solutions.
- Strong understanding of emerging tech trends and their potential impact on business models.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing senior engineering and design teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of influencing without authority.
- Experience in the FinTech, SaaS, or Enterprise Software sectors is highly preferred.
- Advanced degree (MBA or MSc) in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
