Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with ISO/IEC 42001 standards
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits and impact assessments for high-stakes AI systems
- Lead stakeholder workshops to define ethical boundaries for autonomous decision-making
- Create transparency documentation for AI systems requiring regulatory compliance
- Establish continuous monitoring protocols for ethical drift in deployed AI models
- Advocate for ethical AI principles in product roadmaps and engineering processes
- Represent the organization in industry ethics coalitions and regulatory forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Law, or related field (Ph.D. preferred)
- 3+ years in AI governance, responsible AI, or compliance roles
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST RMF, and emerging regulatory landscapes
- Experience with bias mitigation techniques in ML pipelines (e.g., IBM AI Fairness 360)
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
- Expertise in stakeholder engagement across technical, legal, and non-technical domains
- Strong analytical skills for ethical risk quantification
